Acceptable Use Policy v1.2

1. Allowed categories

Digital goods and content; online courses and education; software and SaaS subscriptions (subscriptions later); services (consulting, design, development); ordinary physical goods (clothing, footwear, sporting goods, furniture, unrestricted electronics, books, home goods); tours and excursions without air tickets; accommodation and service booking (no timeshares).

2. Prohibited categories

Anything illegal; drugs and analogues; counterfeits and IP infringement; stolen goods, forged documents; hate or violence propaganda; dangerous, explosive or radioactive materials; pyramid schemes, MLM, get-rich-quick; gambling and games of chance for a prize; alcohol, tobacco, vapes; pharma, prescription goods, telemedicine, pseudo-pharma and supplements with medical claims; weapons and parts; cannabis/CBD; adult content and services; financial services (loans, brokers, BNPL, transfers, currency and crypto exchange, wallets, stored value and gift cards); insurance; dating; commercial airlines, cruises, timeshares; charity, crowdfunding, politics; precious metals and high-value jewelry; marketplaces, aggregators, payment intermediaries; negative options and unclear trial periods; telemarketing; remote "tech support"; credit repair and debt services; traffic or engagement trading; resale without added value; dropshipping "advice".

3. Deceptive practices

Forbidden: false or misleading product descriptions or prices; fake reviews or statistics; listing goods the merchant does not have or cannot deliver; changing price or terms after a quote is paid; collecting data beyond what the order needs; misleading buyers about who the seller is.

4. Restricted countries

A merchant whose entity is registered in one of these countries is not onboarded (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2):

CU, IR, KP, RU, BY, CN, DZ, BD, EG, IQ, MA, NP, QA, TN, TR, ID, VN, KW, SY, SA, OM, MK, VE, MM, AF

Sign-ups from IP addresses in some countries and regions are also refused. Payout wallets on the OFAC SDN list are refused.
